Visiting Chicago

Where To Eat While in Chicago, it’s necessary to try their famous deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati’s (http://www.loumalnatis.com) located at 8515 Redtail Dr. or Connie’s (https://www.conniespizza.com) located at 2301 S. Lake Shore Dr are two restaurants that specialize in deep dish pizza. If pizza isn’t your thing there is always the Maxwell Street Market, an open-air market with some of the best Mexican food in town located at 800 S Desplaines St. If you’re looking to go more upscale, then check out Acadia (http://www.acadiachicago.com) for contemporary American cuisine, located at 1639 S Wabash Ave or Mercat a la Planxa (http://mercatchicago.com) for delectable Spanish tapas located at 638 S Michigan Ave.

Things to Do Take a trip down to  Millenium Park to see the famous architectural eye candy such as the famous “bean.” Take a stroll down to Navy Pier to ride the Ferris Wheel or even see a fireworks show. ( https://navypier.com) Another fun activity is to visit Grant Park, in the heart of Chicago, for a relaxing afternoon stroll through this beautifully landscaped park also known as Chicago’s Front Yard. For baseball lovers, go no further than Cellular Park to watch the Chicago White Sox take on the Oakland Athletic’s. (http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/cws/ballpark/index.jsp)
