Based on the initial assessment we determine if we will be able to work together and then we complete a full assessment of the company, along with a full assessment report. This report establishes a clear current business baseline, presents the critical next steps, and recommends the appropriate consulting services to achieve ultimate success. Details:

• This process involves a day or more of in person interviews, comprehensive business research, reviewing online Web and Social Media presence, analyzing the business and marketing strategies, and evaluating the back office technology systems, and more
• Report is reviewed during an intensive two-hour review meeting to provide step-by-step feedback
• Phone call follow up interviews and email contact as needed during the process

Duration: When client engages in a consulting relationship with Piedmont Avenue Consulting, the fee of the full assessment is credited towards their first month’s consulting fees Recommended for: Typically one day for the assessment; depends on the number of employees and the size of the business.
