Marketing Psychology & Behavioral Strategy
Contact usTurn Insights into Action
At Piedmont Avenue Consulting, Inc. we believe that the key to truly effective marketing isn’t just about having the biggest budget or flashiest campaigns — it’s about understanding people.
Every click, every purchase, and every brand interaction is driven by psychology — how people think, feel, and behave. That’s why our Marketing Psychology & Behavioral Strategy services help you decode what motivates your audience and use those insights to design strategies that move them to act.
Led by David Mitroff, Ph.D., an expert in consumer behavior and organizational psychology, our team helps businesses apply proven behavioral science principles to marketing, sales, branding, and customer experience.
We turn academic theory into practical business impact — helping you achieve higher conversions, stronger customer loyalty, and deeper brand trust.

Why Marketing Psychology Matters
Traditional marketing often stops at what customers do. Behavioral strategy goes deeper — it asks why they do it.
When you understand your audience’s subconscious drivers, emotions, and cognitive biases, you can design marketing experiences that resonate naturally — not through manipulation, but through empathy and alignment.
Consider these realities:
-
90% of purchasing decisions are made subconsciously.
Customers act based on instinct, habit, and emotion — not spreadsheets or rational logic. -
People don’t buy products — they buy stories and identities.
Brands that understand this dominate their markets. -
Behavioral design leads to better ROI.
When your marketing speaks the language of human motivation, every campaign becomes more efficient and impactful.
At Piedmont Avenue Consulting, we help you transform these insights into measurable growth.
